Malayalam superstar Mammootty, who finishes with the shooting of one film has began the shooting of his next film immediately, he has signed a new film to be directed by M. Padmakumar. The movie, titled
Theepetty Chandran, has the script by T.A. Razak.
The actor, who is currently busy with his movie
Nasrani, will begin shooting for his next film
Raudram by Renji Panikkar, slated for Ramzan release has Mammootty playing the role of a state administrative officer.
The actor has also signed a film by Shaji N. Karun titled
Kutty Shranku. The movie, with a script by Farooq Dhony, is expected to hit the floors by mid-December this year. Veteran music director Illayaraja helms the music and Renato Berta cranks the camera.
