When Smart City and I G with Sureshgopi, just managed to sneak through the box office, Mohanlal's Madambi turned out to be a smashing hit and catapulted B Unnikrishnan to the league of promising scriptwriters.
N Unnikrishnan is gearing up for his next project with Mammootty in the lead which is to be titled as Pramaani. Akin to the role essayed by Mohanlal in Madambi, the role portrayed by Mammootty will have shades of grey as well. He will be seen as the corrupt Panchayath President Raghavapanikkar.
Others in the cast include Jagathy Sreekumar, Nedumudi Venu, Suraaj Venjaramoodu and Salim Kumar. With the shooting planned to start towards the fag end of this year, the movie is expected to hit the theatres in March 2010.
