On one hand, the crisis in the Malayalam film industry deepens as MACTA (the apex body of 19 trade unions in Mollywood) is facing a split with the directors' Union formally announced its decision to come out of the organisation after conciliatory talks failed. At the same time, Vinayan, general secretary of MACTA, claimed two national organisations are extending full support to him.

He said that both Indian Film Employees Confederation (IFEC) and Film Employees' Federation of South India (FEFSI) are fully supporting MACTA Federation led by him.

Indian Film Employees' Confederation general secretary S. Vijayan expressed support for Vinayan on behalf of his organization as well as the Film Employees Federation of India. Pointing out that there was no chance for a parallel organisation, Vijayan said they would not cooperate with films to be made by directors who parted ways with the MACTA federation.

"No worker will associate with films to be made by 'the breakaway group of directors'. There is no ban against actor Dileep or any other artists," Vinayan said, while responding to the Thulasidas-Dileep issue. The Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) is reportedly supporting Dileep in this issue. Meanwhile, the representatives of IFEC and FEFSI had held several rounds of talks with various groups, but no conclusion has been reached.

The above mentioned news is not true......... Vinayan is Banned from cinema permenantly by Allindia Federation. And do not hane any right to use the name MACTA, because The Real Macta, the the one and only cultural association of Cine Technicians have the trade mark registration for that name and logo. Really Vinayan and dis very small group of Rascals are trying to spoil Malayalam film industry and all good technicians and Othe departments Know the Fact. above all there is a question...... What happened to the large amount , Around Rs sixty Lakhs ( The Welfare fund and Deposite amount paid by poor cine workers) ?
