Veteran actor Jose Prakash, who died on Saturday was laid to rest with full state honours at St. Mary's Basillica cemetery in Kacheripady at Kochi on Monday.
His body was kept at Town hall so that people from all walks of life can pay homage to the legend and the most 'loved villain' of Malayalam cinema of 80's.
Actors Mohanlal, Mammootty, directors Kamal, Sibi Malayil, Roshan Andrews and Vinayan reached Joseprakash's son's residence at Aluwa, where the body was kept to pay tributes.
Jayaram, Siddique, Janardhanan, Suresh Krishna, Archana Kavi and Chippi reached town hall to pay their homage. Ministers Thiruvanchoor Radha Krishnan, K.C.Joseph and K.Babu too paid homage.
