Malayalam actor Prithviraj, who got married to his childhood girlfriend Supriya Menon, is now gearing up to romance actress Rani Mukherjee in his debut Bollywood movie, which will be directed by Sachin Kundalkar. Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has confirmed Prithvi and Rani as the lead cast in his next venture.
Earlier, it was reported that Prithviraj would enter Bollywood through Anurag's next project. But he had dismissed the reports on one occasion. Now, the filmmaker himself has confirmed his cast on his Twitter page. He wrote, "Confirming our next production to be directed by Sachin Kundalkar and starring Rani Mukherji and Prithviraj. It goes on floors September."
Prithviraj has tied the knot with Mumbai-based BBC reporter Supriya Menon at a low-profile wedding ceremony held in Palakkad on April 25. He has planned to hold two reception parties for relatives and film fraternity. After the parties, he has reportedly planned to go on a honeymoon trip to Malaysia.
Currently, Prithviraj has tied up several projects in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. He is now busy with the shooting of Tejabhai and Family. After returning from his honeymoon trip, the Malayalam star is expected to leave for Switzerland for the canning of the movie. He will start working on his debut B-Town project after completing Tejabhai and Family.
