Prithviraj to enact Kamal Haasan's role

Remake and sequel have now become a trend setting in the film industry. Many films have got remaked and sequel and is getting very good response from the audience. They like to see how the movie looks in the new version. This interest agitated many directors and many movies have paved way for it.

Now its that the Kamal Haasan movie Kakki Chattai, the 1985 movie, where Kamal Haasan played the role of an under cover super cop is to be enacted by the young hero Prithviraj. The movie was produced by Sathya Movies and directed by Rajashekar. Now the question arise as to who will play the role of the villain in the film which was performed by Sathyaraj.

The Malayalam version is directed by Pramod Pappan. It is produced by Jagadeesh Chandran of Kichu films. The script is penned by Rajesh Jayaraman.
