At last AMMA also reacted to the situation. The disciplinary committee of AMMA suspended the veteran actor Thilakan, who is the talk of the town at present, from AMMA. AMMA said that it is not fair on the part of an actor to make such crucial and unwanted remarks that has led to great controversy. The committee has asked Thilakan to give an explanation, that will decide that existence of Thilakan in the industry.
By this time The director of the Hollywood film Dame 999 told that Thilakan will not be cast for the movie if the things are going likewise. He said that he received a notice telling that the technicians will stop work if Thilakan is in the cast. Director said that he can't risk as the film is dependent on many aspects and he can't spoil it. But Thilakan responded that he will think about giving an explanation but he will not say sorry. If he is out from AMMA, he will make his own production house and may be there will be the emergence of a parallel committee too. He also said that he has not asked Mammootty for help and to indulge with unnecessary comments. What is happening in the industry??
