Playback singer Manjari is getting married in April. Her would be Vivek Prasad is a fighter pilot in the Indian Navy. Manjari's first stage show was with Kolkatha based rock band 'Shiva'. She did her schooling in Muscat. Yesudas is Manjari's role model and also a good family friend. He is her source of inspiration, encouragement and her favourite singer. He always insists on correct pronunciation and importance of imparting emotions to the words in the lyrics.

Manjari first sang for Renjith's Hello which was not released due to some reasons . The most significant of them was Ravindran master's 'Vadakkum Nathan' (the song Paahi param porule...) which has been noticed. Then Rajiv Nath gave her a chance to sing in the film Moksham. For the film Ponmudipuzhayoram, she was fortunate to sing 'Oru chiri Kandal athu mathi..', which was a superhit song. In Sathyan Anthikad's film Rasathanthram, the song `Attinkarayorath.. Chattalmazha..' was also noticed. Manjari went on to win the Kerala State Award for the best singer for her song 'Mukulin Makale..' in the film Makalku.
