They were the best of friends studying together at a prestigious school and symbolizing the true innocence of beauty. It came as a shock to the society when one day, three girls of this gang, Gauri, Eleana and Sindhu committed suicide. They left behind their inconsolable families and the society under the clutches of that heart wrenching tragedy.

Chemistry by Viji Thampi is an investigation into these suicides. Saranya Mohan of Vennila Kabbadi fame, Shilpabala of Orkkuka Vallappozhum, Balashri award winner Krishna B Vijay, Devaki, Drishya, Akarsh and Mithun play key roles in the movie.

Lending support to these budding artistes are veteran like Mukesh, Jagathy Sreekumar, Siddique, Asokan, Harisree Asokan, K P A C Lalitha and Jagannatha Varma. With music by M Jayachandran and Vinu Kiriyath and editing by Manoj, Chemistry is produced by Vaishnavi Creations.
