Mukesh bags the AMMA award

Popular Malayalam actor and Treasurer of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) Mukesh has won the annual movie award of AMMA for the best supporting actor for his performances in Kadha Parayumbol (directed by M. Menon and written by Sreenivasan) and Innathe Chinthavishayam (Satyan Anthikad).

The best music director award goes to M. Jayachandran for Kadha Parayumbol and Mohanlal starrer Madambi. Samvritha Sunil has been adjudged the best supporting actress for Thirakkatha and Minnaminnikoottam.

Salim Kumar bagged the best comedian award for his performance in Kadha Parayumbol and Mulla, while Sai has been selected as best costumer for Kurukshethra. Best playback singer award goes to Vineeth Sreenivasan and Swetha. [an error occurred while processing this directive]

The other awards will be announced later. There are 24 categories in the annual movie awards of AMMA. The awards will be distributed on December 4th.
