Three babes for Mammootty

Kutty Sharanku, script-writer P.F Mathews attempt at magical realism, will feature three heroines, Padmapriya, Kamalinee Mukherjee and Meenakumari from Srilanka. Mammootty plays the title role, shooting is progressing in and around the locales of Alapuzha.

P.F. Mathews revealed how difficult but satisfying it was to write the story of the film. Director Shaji N.Karun gave the abstract ideas upon which Mathews worked. After long discussions with the director, he wrote at least five versions, before settling for the best.

The story revolves around the character of Mammootty who is known by different names in different areas. Also in the cast are Kozhikode Sharada, Suresh Krishna, Siddhique, Krishnan, Rajiv Kalamasserry and Rajesh Sharma.
