Kalabhavan Mani, who is experiencing a downward trend in his career, finally has something to look forward to. Biju Varkey, who has directed hit movies in the past, has cast Mani in his next film Orange. Mani plays the role of a lorry driver in the film and Biju Varkey introduces a new heroine; Muscat based Diya.
Biju Varkey became famous with his off beat film Devadasi which was critically acclaimed. Later he directed Chandranilekoru Vazhi and the Mammootty starrer super hit Phantom. In 2006 he won the prestigious John Abraham Award.
The shooting of the film will start from next week in and around Marayoor.
