Jayaram signs a new project

Jayaram's last release Novel, starring Sada as the female lead, turned to be a debacle at the box office. The actor has now signed a new film titled Veruthe Oru Bharya to be directed by debutante Akku Akbar and scripted by K. Gireeshkumar. Gopika plays the female lead.

Jayaram is currently busy with the shooting of the slapstick entertainer, Parathan Kanda Paralokam, being directed by Anil. He has also signed a Tamil film, Saroja, to be directed by Venkat Prabhu. Jayaram will be playing the role of a cop in the film which also stars Prakashraj in an important role. Let's hope this upcoming release does well.

Veteran director Joshy's much-hyped multi-starrer Twenty:20, featuring all major Malayalam stars, is expected to grace theatres by 24th October.
