Shooting of Hailessa discontinued

Due to the date clash of the artistes, Hailessa has discontinued shooting after completing the first schedule. The next schedule will start in the middle of November at Ernakulam. In the first schedule, Sureshgopi, Muktha, Bheeman Raghu, Lalu Alex and P. Sreekumar participated. Jagatheesh Chandran is producing this film and the director is Thaha.

Sureshgopi is famous for his roles in police dramas but he has also done some sentimental roles in films like Kaliyattam, Ullam and Makalku. He won the National Award for best actor for his role in Kaliyattam in 1997.

Legendary filmmaker B.R Chopra died today in Mumbai following prolonged illness. He was 95 years old and is survived by his son filmmaker Ravi Chopra and daughters Shashi and Neena. The director and producer died at his residence in Juhu at 8.15 am. His funeral ceremony will take place at 4.30 pm. B.R Chopra was honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke Award. New Delhi (ANI): American singer Jessica Simpson had to rush to hospital when her best friend was injured by the paparazzi, while trying to protect her. The incident occurred on November 2 as Simpson was leaving the Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles with her hairdresser Ken Paves, the China Daily reported.
