Gopika is starring opposite Indrajith in the Malabar Wedding to be directed by debutante directors Rajesh and Faizal and produced by T.Santosh Kumar and A.R. Anoop.
The movie, to be shot in Mumbai and Palakkad, also stars Jagathy Sreekumar, Sooraj Venjaramoodu, Janaradhan, Bindu Panciker and Harishri Ashokan. Velraj cranks the camera. Rajesh and Faizal had earlier assisted veteran filmmaker Priyadarshan.
So, after having assisted a well-known director and now backed with a good star-cast, we can expect a good movie from the duo. Gopika was last seen in Alibhai, which did not click too well at the box office.
