Chotta Mumbai movie tells story of a group who lives in an area in Fort Kochi, which is known by the name Chotta Mumbai. Vasco da Gama alias Munnabhai (Mohanlal) is an optimistic guy who lives in Fort Kochi. His gang consists of four of his close friends ( Jagathy Sreekumar, Siddique, Indrajeet and Manikuttan). Their main job is to settle disputes, for which they get paid.
Vasco and his gang have thus been leading a life of no responsibilities and commitments. But then something happens that complicates matters and brings about a twist in their lives.
