Earlier, director Prem had team up with Hat-trick hero Shivaraj Kumar for the movie Jogi. Now, Prem has joined hands with Shivanna"s brother Power-star Puneet Rajkumar for the big budget movie Raaj – The Showman. But the movie seems to have failed to reach the expectations that it had created before its release.

Powerstar Puneet Rajkumar appears in totally different get-ups. He also does the 'Krrish act' in this movie. He has shown a lot of energy in fight as well as song sequences. His performance is the biggest attraction of the movie. Even Priyanka Kothari (Nisha Kothari) rocks the audiences. Her character provides the most important twist in the film.
V Harikrishna"s music, which was released five months ago, has already proved a big hit. All the songs - Muththuraja Kalitta Kade, Hey Paro, Poli Ivanu, Kuch Kuch Anthidhe and Raaja Heluvaagella – have got excellent visual as well as musical effects. Remix song will show Puneet in a new light and he dances like Dr Raj, Vishnu and Ambareeesh. That song will be the major highlight of the film.
