Gange Baare Thunge Baare - Review

Prajwal Devaraj's new film Gange Baare Thunge Baare is a youthful love triangle which is handled quite well with elan. Actor and director Sadhu Kokila has once again shown that he can handle any type of subjects and maintaining a good narrative is his strong point.

Gange Baare Thunge Baare produced by Bhojaraj Rai stands out for its straight forward and pacy narration. And Sadhu has packed the film with elements of humour, family sentiments in good measure to make the film a good watch and likeable to different segment of audience. Sadhu who has handled big heroes till now as a director has for the first time focused on teenaged youngsters in the film and has achieved in getting them to act in a little more matured roles for their age.

Gange Baare Thunge Baare does not have anything fresh in the story line, but Sadhu has tried to make it an interesting plot. There are a number of twists in the film which will make the proceedings a little curious. And this film which has the love triangle element may not be the best of Sadhu Kokila, but the film has doses of elements for different segments of audience.

The highlight of the film is however the comedy of Bullet Prakash. Even Prajwal has scored points in comedy sequences.

Prajwal has done a neat job in his role. Though he is good in comedy, he needs to polish his skills in the emotional sequences. Out of the two heroines, it is Sunaina who scores major points. Gayathri is found wanting while performing in the role with negative shades. Character artistes Ramesh Bhat, Srinath, Ramakrishna, Thulasi are adequate.

Shekhar Chandru's camera work and Sadhu Kokila's music is certain to rock the audience.

A good film which is worth watching.
