Power Star Puneet Rajkumar starrer Bindaas is a different type of offering from director D.Rajendra Babu who is known for making family oriented sentimental yarns. Even for Puneet who acted in two family oriented films recently, this new film produced by Chandrashekhar treads a different path. The film is full of energy, entertainment and excitement. Totally a hundred percent Paisa Vasool film which can be a good feast for the entire family.
Yes, Puneet's fans will be doubly pleased with the way their favourite star has participated in the songs and fights sequences of the film. He is full of energy in these two special elements which have brought him lot of fans. In this film he looks differently and his dialogue delivery is another major attraction.[an error occurred while processing this directive]
Bindaas has followed the narrative pattern of a full blooded commercial film and director Babu sticks to the trusted formula of entertainment. And he has neatly crafted the characterisation of the hero. In his thrust on Puneet, the director may have deliberately diluted the importance of other characters especially the villains in the film. But this is not a cause of worry because Puneet has done a wonderful job in his role of Shivu.
H.C.Venu has done a tremondous job behind the camera. Guru Kiran's three songs in the film are already popular with "Gubbachchi Goodinalli' topping the charts.
Puneet is all in all in the film. He is terrific in the fight sequences, particularly the Gymnassium fight which has come out well. Hansika Motwaani looks glamorous. Suman, Raahul Roy, Nasser have done their roles commendably.
Bindaas is a must see film for every Kannada fan. For Puneet's fans it is a Deepavali feast.
