Actor Jaggesh, who is paired opposite Sandalwood queen Ramya in the forthcoming movie Neer Dose, has stood for the makers of the movie. The actor, who read the news, "Ramya Neer Dose Madalla (Ramya is not going to do Neer Dose)," took to his micro-blogging site and asked the actress to bear the cost of the movie. He had also expected the news to be a rumour.
Actress Ramya, who was elected as Member of Parliament (MP) from Mandya Lok Sabha constituency has become a busy bee with her political career. The actress is seen taking part in the Congress meetings and other programs.
Ramya, who is paired opposite Jaggesh for the first time, will be playing the role of a girl next door in Neer Dose. The movie also has evergreen beauty Suman Ranganath and Dattanna aka Dattatreya in the important roles. It is directed by Vijaya Prasad, who had earlier directed Siddlingu, in which the actress was paired opposite Yogish aka Loose Madha Yogish.
The makers of Neer Dose had started the shooting in March this year, but due to the unavailability of Ramya, they paused the shooting in August. Now, the rumours of Ramya not acting in the movie has become a nightmare for the crew.

Ramya said, "Ambareesh uncle and Govinda could do both, but I don't think the public will accept an MP who is running around trees in short skirts and sleeveless blouses."
