Actor and dubbing artist Ravishankar has been injured on the sets of forthcoming Kannada movie Bachchan. While performing a stunt sequence, he suffered a back injury.
According to sources, Ravishankar was performing a rope sequence at Abbayya Naidu Studios. He lost the balance while performing the scene and fell on the ground to suffer injuries on his back. He was rushed to Apollo Hospital for the treatment and the actor is out of danger.
Kiccha Sudeep confirmed the news on Twitter and said that Ravishankar is recovering well. "Its a back injury during a fite...Ravi's fine n getting treated,,no fracture nor muscle tear detected,,its th impact of th fall.. Tnxx fr all ur concern..He's fine... :) (sic)."
Bachchan is directed by Shahshank and it features Bhavana, Tulip Joshi and Parul Yadav in the female lead roles. Ashish Vidyarthi, Pradeep Singh Rawat and Ravishankar will be doing key roles in Bachchan and Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu will be doing an important character in the film.
Shashank's trusted aide Prasanna, who penned dialogues for his earlier movies like Krishnan Love Story and Krishnan Marriage Story, has written the dialogues for this movie too. V Harikrishna is composing the music for the forthcoming film.
