Prem-Rakshita to join Sriramulu's BSR Congress

Director Prem and his actress-wife Rakshita is the latest celebrities, who will be taking plunge into politics. The couple is all set to join Sriramulu's BSR Congress Party.

According to sources, Prem-Rakshita are likely to take the party membership on March 9. They are expected to meet Sriramulu at the party office in Rajajinagar. Their decision to join a new political outfit rather than the established parties have surprised many.

It is noted that in the recent past many celebrities are recognising with one or the other parties. Like Pooja Gandhi and Malavika, who joined JD(S). Earlier, senior actress Umashree, Ambareesh and Shruti were the other stars, who actively worked for the national parties like INC, and BJP.
