Recently, director Dinesh Babu"s released his movie Eradane Maduve and it got good response at the box office. This success led him to do the sequel of the film. The sequel is titled Mathondu Madhuvena has been launched on this Monday night in Bangalore at Atria Hotel. Along with other political leaders, Congress I politician Veeranna Mathikatti launched the movie.
Dinesh Baboo justified the title of Eradane Maduve (second marriage) by tying the knot with Chetna, which is also his second marriage. He arrived late at the launch of his own film with his wife Chetna. After the marriage, it is their first appearance together in a film function.
Ananth Nag and Suhasini will be playing the lead roles in Mathondu Madhuvena. It will also have Naveen Krishna, Thara, Jennifer Kotwal, Sharan and Raju Thalikote in the supporting roles. The movie is set to complete shooting in Mysore in 25 days.
The director reportedly needs only a resort, two houses and a hospital for the filming of the movie. Unlike in Eradane Maduve, Dinesh Babu is not handling the cinematography this time. Suresh Byrasandra is handling the camera for the sequel.
In the sequel, the story has only one marriage in the beginning. The director has dealt with the issue that a newly-wed couple should be given independence rather than the parents interfering in their lives. Dinesh Babu is presenting the issue in this hilarious comedy movie.
On the launch event, the versatile actor Ananth Nag said that he had completed over 30 marriages on screen till that day.
