Veteran actors Ananth Nag and Lakshmi are forgetting their enmity and are coming together for the forthcoming Shivashakthi. Ananth Nag and Lakshmi were last seen in the film Amma directed by D. Rajendra Babu which was released a decade ago. The actors stayed away from each other after a difference in political opinion arose between them. They have acted together in several films like Benkiya Bale, Chandanada Gombe, Naa Ninna Bidalaare, Ibbani Karagithu, Mudhudidha Thavare Aralithu, Makkele Devaru, Nodi Swami Navirodhe Heege, Makkaliralavva Mane Thumba and Bidugadeya Bedi.
Shivashakthi is being directed by debutant B. Ramprakash. The film stars Ajith of Patre Loves Padma fame, Manasi of Moggina Manasu fame and Yogesh Veer in the lead roles.
