Vara takes off

[an error occurred while processing this directive] The shooting of Vara, directed by Chandrasekhar, has started in Bangalore. The film, expected to finish shooting in a single schedule of 50 days, introduces a new heroine, Nidhi Subbaiah to Kannada; the male lead role is Siddanth, who acted in 18th Cross. The producers are debutants Dr. Ibrahim Pasha and Rafat Malik.

The story of the film revolves around a boy and a girl who comes to the city from the village to write an examination. Unfortunately, both get lost in the city and are separated from each other. Desperately wanting to be together again, they pray for a 'Vara' (blessing) from God to rejoin them. The film continues till the boy and the girl meet again in the big bad city.
