Pooja's film out of trouble

Pooja Gandhi's much-awaited Anu has been cleared by the Regional Censor board. The film is a remake of Anasuya (Telugu) in which Bhumika enacted the main role. The plot is about a journalist on the trail of a serial killer who is sending terror waves across the city.

The film also casts Duniya fame Rashmi in an important role. Pooja Gandhi diverges from her usual track of glam doll and displays some serious acting skills along with daredevil stunts.

Anu is produced by Balu and directed Shivaganapathi. Editing is by B.S. Kemparaju and Gajendra has penned the dialogues. Other cast members include Nag Kiran, Balu, Dattanna, Sunder Raj, Balraj and Sangamesh.
