Puneet signs new project

Power Star Puneet Rajkumar has signed a new film to be produced by Kanakapura Srinivas of R.S.Productions. The untitled film is to be directed by Telugu film director Shobhan who had earlier directed successful Telugu films like Chanti and Varsham. Shobha has written the story of the film. The film will be starting its shooting in the first week of December.

Puneet is yet to complete his film Bindaas produced by Chandrashekhar and directed by D.Rajendra Babu for which he has to work for fifteen more days.

Film producers are literally taking to the roads these days to market their films. While the makers of Budhdhivantha organized a march before the film's release, the makers of Vamshi also find that the roads in Bangalore are the best place to promote their film. Puneet Rajkumar has just celebrated the 365th day of Milana. Another big film Vamshi from his home banner (Sri Chakreshwari Combines) will grace theatre on October 2nd. Puneet, called the most successful actor in Kannada cinema, has delivered nine hits in a row from Appu to Milana and the industry expects Vamshi to be his 10th hit.

The film essentially has a mother-son sentiment, veteran actress Lakshmi plays the role of Puneet's mother. Bubbly Nikitha is the heroine, this is her second.....

Power Star Puneet Rajkumar and Nisha Kothari are participating in many sequences of the film Raaj, The Showman in many outdoor spots of Bangalore. Brisk shooting is taking place for this film which is directed by actor and director Prem.

A long drawn action sequence has already been shot for the film in a big set erected in the Mysore Lamps factory. A slum set was erected for this fight sequence. Puneet Rajkumar's stunts are directed by Different Danny. And now.....

Power Star Puneet Rajkumar, who has so far rendered play back for peppy and youthful numbers in many of his films, is all set to sing a melodious number in his forthcoming film Vamshi produced by his brother Raghavendra Rajkumar and directed by Milana director Prakash. The melodious song starting with the lyrics Jothe Jotheyalli Preethi Jotheyalli is a duet sung by Puneet and Shreya Ghoshal.
