Tananam Tananam is the romantic movie. Shankar(shaam) is learning Veena from Shashtry. Shashtry's daughter Vanaja(Ramya) loves shankar.He however falls for Bhavani(Rakshita).
She tells Shankar to forget her and marry any one who loves him. A frustrated Shankar loses his eyesight later, and the Shashtry's daughter takes over.
