Extras catching attention of A-list

New BBC show Extras has started to become another The Simpsons-the only difference that everyone who were on the Simpsons didn't have to try that hard to get on to it. It has caught the attention of the big shots in the business and has spurred a desire in them to be a part of the show. So far the shows star cast has included Kate Winslet, Ben Stiller and Samuel L. Jackson with Harry Potter Henry Radcliffe offered a role in the shows second season which is soon to come. Tom Cruise has said that he too would like to be featured in the show too. The shows creator Ricky Gervais had contacted him for such a role in the second season of the show. One more addition to this star studded cast will hopefully be Prince (negotiations are in process) who will have his musician colleagues David and Chris Martin by his side in the show if he does eventually get to be a part of the cast.
