Real Steel outruns Ides of March at Box Office
Hugh Jackman starrer Real Steel has beaten George Clooney's The Ides of March at the Box Office. The Shawn Levy directorial movie earned $27.3 million in its first week.

Walt Disney Pictures executive vice president of distribution, Dave Hollis said, "Real Steel succeeded in playing to a variety of demos. The movie appealed to 36% of moviegoers under the age of 18 and 51% under the age of 25, with 59% of them males."

Whereas, The Ides of March has managed to be on the second spot in terms of Box Office Collections. It has earned approximately $10.4 million. Reports say that the American political drama has attracted adults and its major part of viewers are above 25 years.

However, Dolphin Tale, which topped the chart last week, has been pushed down to third place. It has raked in $9.1 million and Brad Pitt's Moneyball is in fourth spot by earning $7.5 million at the Box Office.
