Jennifer Aniston has opened up on her love for yoga. The Friends star has claimed that it is an essential part of her life and practising it on a daily basis keeps her in good spirits.
“I do yoga, yoga is very important. I love it. If I"m not doing it, then my spirit sort of goes. I try to do some form of exercise, even if it"s just for 20 minute a day, so that I get my body sweating and blood pumping," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Jennifer Aniston as saying.
Talking about her food habits, the 42-year-old says that she does not follow a strict routine, as the actress feels that he has a balanced approach towards it. She further adds, "I indulge when I want to indulge - but I guess it's all in moderation and consistency."
