Whitmill's lawyer Geoff Gerber has told The Hollywood Reporter that the issue has been sorted with the Warner Bros. Pictures. But he refused to reveal the further details citing it as confidential. Reports claim that the issue was settled last Friday in St. Louis. It is said that the tattoo will feature on Helma's face like before.
The controversy broke out after the tattoo artist alleged the maker of the film of using his creation without his permission nor giving credit to him.
