Arnold Schwarzenegger has snubbed director Brad Furman, as the actor has walked out of his project Cry Macho for another movie The Last Stand. His comeback movie will be directed by South Korean director Jee-woon Kim.

The 63-year old will be seen as a small town sheriff, who risks his life to capture a missing cartel leader and to save his city from a Mexican drug trafficking. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was surrounded by divorce controversies with his wife Maria Shriver, found that the character fits him. Hence, decided to go with the project.

"It's an old-fashioned Western specifically designed for a 63 year-old broken-down guy with a moral decision...We always needed an iconic figure for it," The Deadline Hollywood reports an unnamed source as saying.

It may be recalled that the actor had reportedly agreed to star in Cry Macho and the fifth Terminator film. But he delayed it for personal problems. But sources say that Arnold Schwarzenegger opted The Last Stand, as he felt that the character is tailor-made for his return. However, he will take-up those proposed projects after the completion of Jee-woon Kim directorial film.
