However Vivid"s founder/co-chairman Steven Hirsch remains confident that the tape will indeed see the light of day. “We"ve decided to take a little extra time to study all of our documentation and other clearances before we proceed," Fox News quoted Hirsch as saying.
“I want a chance to review the correspondence from Mindy"s attorney, Adam Dread, and to prepare a proper response to the letter he has sent to us," he stated. And Dread is understandably pleased that Vivid is complying with their legal request to further investigate the tape"s origins.
“We are thankful to Steve (Hirsch) for handling this like a gentleman," Dread said. “And we know this tape definitely did not come from Mindy. She is very upset by all of this, but it is what it is. It comes with being a celebrity. But I can tell you Mindy is coming back and she is doing better than ever," Dread added.
