The actress won an Oscar for her portrayal of Leigh Anne Tuohy in the drama, which told the real life story of the mother who adopted a poor African-American teenager and helped him build a career as a footballer.
Bullock adopted her son Louis from New Orleans, Louisiana this year (10) and admitted her real life mirrored her Oscar-winning film role.
"I had to smile at the parallels," the Daily Express quoted Bullock as telling People magazine. She introduced Tuohy to her new son last weekend.
"She said, 'Here he is, what do you think? You better like him,' and I could eat him with a spoon. He's the most beautiful little baby. I just had lunch with them on Saturday. He's got eyes that have wisdom. I could just stare at him all day," Tuohy told People.com.
