Michael Bay, the director of super-hit action movies like Transformers, Armageddon and Pearl Harbor has been sued by a couple of men for pistol whipping. Joshua Stewart and Paul Klimczak claimed that they got into a scuffle with one of Bay"s bodyguards, who pistol whipped them.

According to the lawsuit, the man was drunk but the club continued serving alcohol to him. The suit goes on to explain that the club security kicked out the plaintiffs and the defendant, and the dispute continued outside the club premises. The men claimed that when they tried to walk away, Bay"s security guard struck them in the head with a handgun, rendering them unconscious. After the assault, the security guard fled the scene and the plaintiffs were brought to the hospital.

According to the lawsuit, the two men suffered injuries which include broken teeth, broken facial bones, severe concussion, facial disfigurement and other internal injuries. The suit does not disclose who started the fight in the first place. Bay is being sued because apparently the guard was under his control when the incident took place.

The two men have also dragged the club into the lawsuit; deem them responsible for the incident. The amount of money sought by the plaintiffs has not been specified yet.
