New York (ANI): Just-out-of-jail star Lindsay Lohan may have been sent to the best possible rehab center, but a lot of work needs to be done to cure her completely, say experts. LiLo was sent to the UCLA's Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Westwood, Calif., after 14 days in jail.
"I think this is the first time she's really getting serious professional help," the New York Daily News quoted Clare Kavin of Waismann Method, a rapid detox program, as saying. "For Lindsay to have a bright future, there's a lot of work that has to be done, not just with her, but with her surrounding family," Kavin added.
Drug-addiction specialists have said that UCLA facility has a great reputation, but it can't help LiLo unless she helps herself. "I think we have to be hopeful that she is getting the message that her life has to change, and she has to take her health seriously," said John Sharp of Harvard Medical School and the UCLA School of Medicine. "The key ingredient is for her to buy into her need for treatment, he added.
