Tiger Woods' wife seeks divorce

Tiger Woods's wife Elin Nordegren will divorce the disgraced golf star and plans to spend Christmas apart. The 29 year old Swedish model had made up her mind to split with Woods after he admitted infidelity amid reports that he had affairs with at least 14 women. A source close to Elin said is firm on her decision and there's nothing to think about. She was recently spotted at without her wedding ring sparking off rumours that she was done with the billionaire golfer.

Elin mother of Tiger's children - two-year-old daughter Sam and 10-month-old son Charlie had met celebrity lawyer Sorrell Trope to renegotiate her prenuptial agreement with Woods. There is a buzz that Elin would seek half his fortune and this could be the largest divorce settlement in sports history. Elin who had already moved with her kids from Woods' Orlando mansion was planning to take her children to Sweden for Christmas without Woods.

Elin however isn't permanent move back to her homeland as she planned to split her time between the two countries. Although Tiger had publicly apologised her and taken indefinite break from golf forgiveness doesn't exactly seem around the corner. The infidelity reports have already hurt brand Tiger Woods with Accenture, Nike, Gilette and AT&T ending their endorsement deals with world's richest sportsman.

The only difference between Tiger and the rest of us is he is a great golfer and we aren't. the similarity is we all to some extent leave a big gap between our public and private lives.Leave the guy alone. Eilin has a chance to make her name in this crisis. If she stands by her man, she will be a hero. If she does not, too bad for her.

Jack, "He has done nothing out of the ordinary" "We all err" Lol. Yes we all err. We 'all' don't sleep with whichever porn star, cocktail waitress, and lounge exec that we lay eyes on. Tiger was representing himself as someone that is to be looked up to and was profiting off of that image in previously unheard of financial terms. He was an idol to many, many kids. His image brokers created this false image to ramp up the income. What he has done would never be called 'ordinary' in my opinion. He is an extraordinary golfer, an extraordinarily wealthy and famous person, an extraordinarily good marketer of his image, an extraordinarily falsely portrayed person, and a person of extraordinarily lax morals with an extraordinary harem of equally morally absent mistresses. Elin may not be without fault but to lay blame at her feat and to call this an ordinary indiscretion is ignorant and simple minded. Tiger may reap what he has sown in my opinion. I hope your life doesn't contain the 'ordinary' indiscretions that Tiger's has. Cheers

Tiger deserves forgiveness like all of us. He has done nothing out of the ordinary. We all err, just because he is Tiger why must he be crucified. If Elin said "I do" to for better for worse, then she lied before Tiger cheated.What's worse than these. common now!

Infidelity is bad but it's all about the divorce settlement. When you have Tiger's fortune, it's impossible to avoid women who literally throw themselves at you. If ever he marries again, Tiger must sign an antenuptial contract.

Typically as a man, you side with Tiger, not even thinking about his wife's feelings. To assume all she wants is his money is blind. No woman would want to split up the family unless there was no other way. To cheat on her so much is a complete weakness on his behalf. There are plenty of men who are approached by women and yet stay faithful.

Sorry Jon, I cannot agree with you.I can understand why women throw themselves at Tiger. But why should he accept their offer ?. It looks as if it is his due to enjoy infidelity because of his fortune.If he wants to enjoy this life, he should not get married at all.

In most of the cases, Tiger sent a representative for him to the woman. If she agreed to have a drink with him then things progressed from there. I am not saying that they didn't throw themselves at him or that they weren't thrilled that he was interested in them however he could have put himself in a situation where that would not happen. Those things happen with drugs, alcohol and in dark night clubs more often that in broad daylight.

Fortunately people with half a brain take very little notice of the criminal media and juvenile journalists who are making a meal of the Tiger woods saga.this young man will always be the finest Golfer ever born and will remain a hero despite the events of the past few weeks. The myth of the perfect person that has been created about him is not possible , who in this world is perfect
