If the latest news turns true, Harry Potter star Rupert Grint and Twilight series star Robert Pattinson, will have to fight out for the role of Prince Harry.
Peter Kosminsky is directing a film titled The Spare, based on the life of Prince Harry. It will revolve around the Prince's life, the tragic death of his mother Princess Diana, the Princess of Wales, and his time serving in Afghanistan. David Aukin and Hal Vogel are going to produce it.
Rumours are spreading like wildfire that Rupert Grint and Robert Pattinson are amongst the leading contenders to play Prince Harry though the makers of the film have not finalised the cast. It is likely to start shooting only next year, as the script would be ready only by the end of this year.
However, director Peter Kosminsky didn't rule out an American actor playing the lead role. In the meantime, he acknowledged that there are a very strong cadre of British actors too.
