The shocking footage claims to show Paris in a ''state of arousal in a New York Taxi,'' according to explosive new tome Six Degrees of Paris Hilton by Mark Ebner.
This is not the first time for the hotel heiress, as a previous video showed her romping with ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon, reports the Sun.
