London (ANI): Actor Ryan O'Neal is set to exchange vows with actress Farrah Fawcett before she succumbs to the cancer that has ravaged her body. While in an interview, O'Neal said that the former Charlie's Angels star has agreed to wed him, reports The Telegraph.
"I've asked her to marry me, again, and she's agreed," O'Neal said. "She's fighting for her life," he told interviewer Barbara Walters for the ABC-TV investigative show 20/20.he couple has been together since 1982 and O'Neal has been a constant presence by Fawcett's side as she battles a very public battle with cancer.
Meanwhile, The Sun has been reported that Fawcett has been hospitalized in California.According to reports the star, 62, who is battling anal cancer, has been admitted to a clinic near her LA home. Her rep said: "We are not disclosing where she is at this time. She continues to be treated for her condition."
She was first diagnosed with the illness in 2006, but was given the all-clear after treatment. Later it returned and she recently learned the disease had spread to her liver.
