Whitney Thompson, a contestant from Atlantic Beach, has won America's Next Top Model. The 20 year old stole the hearts of the judges with her onramp antics, class and style to take the top prize of the competition. As a result the beauty will bag a $100,000 contract with cosmetics brand Covergirl and a contract with Elite Model Management. The girl's parents were all excited about her wining the competition. Her mother said, "I'm so excited for her. It's wonderful. It's an answer to a dream for her. All that hard work -- I'm so proud of her. She's a great girl really great," said Whitney's mother, Jeanine Thompson.
Her father too was all praises for his daughter. "The doors will open for her, and I think everyone else will get to see what beautiful person she if from the inside out. She's really just an incredible young lady, and she's a great role model for other young people. She rocks," he said.
