Washington (ANI): Tina Fey has revealed that she hopes Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin will be out of her life very soon. Fey has received much attention for her impression of the Alaska governor on Saturday Night Live. But now, the '30 Rock' star wants to be done portraying the vice presidential hopeful.

"I want to be done playing this lady Nov. 5, so if anyone could help me be done playing her on Nov. 5, that would be good for me," FoxNews quoted Fey, as saying. Fey added that she was totally resistant in acknowledging her uncanny physical resemblance to Palin until her young daughter turned on the TV and teased 'that's mummy.'

I agree. It wasn't funny impersonating Sarah Palin. I believe it will forever imprint a negative image on some narrow minds about this gracious lady. It was an underhanded move on SNL's part to destroy her creditability-to keep her from running for any office. Chevy Chase said that was their intent. Sarah's gone back home now; and people are still attacking her. Why? What are they afraid of? Such power she must have to intimidate so many.

Tina's a working mom with enough on her plate with 30 Rock. She's working overtime to play Sarah Palin because we all know how much the public loves the impersonation. Her schedule is incredibly tight but she's fitting in these SNL skits because they're so popular. There's no way Tina could continue this schedule for another 4 years. I feel for her. But I also love seeing her as Sarah Palin. I'm a working mom and don't feel insulted at all. She's not saying this because of her political beliefs. Imagine working your full time job and being expected to put on a halloween costume during your lunch hours so that you can rehearse and then put on that costume on your freakin' weekend to go into a show and perform because people love seeing you. You feel obligated to make people laugh because they expect that from you. BUT.... you're tired. And you just want a day off. I totally understand where Tina's tired of playing the character.

Tina Fey's disgust in Palin seems to ride over into a disrespect toward all mothers that don't have the same mindset as hers, or live Mid the two coasts. I really liked Tina until now - it goes wayyyyy too far and isn't funny when it's so ugly. I'm insulted by her being so disrespectful of moms, not just of Palin and her beliefs - IMHO - unless I'm missing something (sorry, I'm a busy person and just get the surface of what happens these days ) down with Tina.
