Penelope Cruz and Omar Sharif are expected to attend the festival. The two-minute taster contains excerpts from previously unseen action sequences and shows Daniel Craig's 007 and Dame Judi Dench's M discussing revenge. Kurylenko is also featured in the trailer, which introduces the film's French villain Dominic Greene (Amalric).
"It is the first time a new Bond movie has featured in the festival's line-up," BBC quoted artistic director Sandra Hebron, as saying. "It's great news for us," Hebron added.
