Washington (ANI): Heather Mills has closed in on a new apartment in New York City. Mills, who won a divorce settlement of 50 million dollars from former Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney, earlier this year, was rumoured to be on the hunt for a new pad in the Big Apple and Los Angeles, and has been spotted house-hunting on both coasts.
The former glamour model closed the deal on a full-floor condominium in the city''s celebrity-studded West Village area - after passing an extensive overview with the building''s board members, steered by designer Calvin Klein. Mills signed the contract in June (08) for the two-bedroom Perry Street pad, reportedly paying just under the $5 million (GBP2.5 million) asking price, reports Contactmusic.
Heather Graham will be living on the very same street where Sarah Jessica Parker''s Sex and the City character Carrie Bradshaw lived in the show.
