The Hurt Locker is a good movie with a ton of intense moments that keep you on the edge of your seat. However, I feel like I am a victim once again to expectations. I was expecting one of the greatest movies ever made in the war genre and it didn't live up to that. The message...( read more) in the movie is a good one, and it's one I can easily relate to. However, much of the movie seems a little misguided and aimless. The acting is very well done and felt Jeremy Renner did a great job. It's a film that I will give a second look in hopes of gaining something additional from it.
