Homework is a romantic comedy film. The film centres around a high school student with a bad attitude to homework (Freddie Highmore) who forms an unexpected friendship with a girl he has a crush on (Emma Roberts). Rita Wilson and Sam Robards will appear as Highmore's mother and stepfather respectively, while Michael Angarano plays a high school graduate.
