Kunal Kohli is a Hindi film director based in Mumbai. He has made four movies for Yash Raj Films owned by famed director and producer Yash Chopra. His first film was "Mujhse Dosti Karoge!" Starring Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukerji, and Kareena Kapoor. It was a box office flop in India, but was successful overseas.
His next feature film was "Hum Tum", starring Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji. The film became a hit in India and overseas, establishing Kohli as a director. His next film "Fanaa" starring Kajol and Aamir Khan was a huge hit in India and the overseas market. Though the film was criticized for gaps in the story the chemistry between the main actors Khan and Kajol was apreciated.
His last film "Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic" again starring Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji was box office failure but the generated positive reviews from critics. Kunal Has now taken a break from directing and has turned his creative skills to producing.
