There is no doubt about it that Jayaji was the most beautiful actress Indian Cinema has got. Not only beauty, she was an ecellent dancer and fantastic actress. But what hurts me most is that in hindi films she was not been used in that way. she had been given roles to be tortured and molested by villains and vamps and to die. In 'Gharana' film, the villain torturted her in such way taht it seems he had utmost anger and Jaya had done most wrongful thing in the world with him. He wanted to uprooted her long beautiful thick braid made with her own long hairs. Certainly it hurted Jaya severely and the scene still gives me pain. But the producers and directors used to offer jaya these type of painstaking roles. Jayaji did not acted in some ludicrous roles where a few so-called famous heroines used to jump and climb from five storied houses and beat villains and blow mouth-whistle. In recent years, some political persons also hurted Jayaji mentally. I pray to God to keep this eternal beauty happy, beautiful, safe and prosperous.
