After essaying a rustic character in Yash Raj Films' Ishaqzaade, the young lad of B-Town is playing a double role in his upcoming film Aurangzeb. His third film with the YRF banner is Gunday, a romantic flick. All the three films of Arjun have been backed by Chopra.
The Aurangzeb trio - Arjun, director Atul Sabbarwal and Chopra - are likely to team up for a movie together. Aurangzeb, an action crime thriller directed by Sabharwal, stars south actor Prithviraj Sukumaran and Arjun in the lead.
Chopra is quite happy and excited with the reaction Aurangzeb's trailer has generated. "Aditya is very happy with the kind of response the film and the trailer has gathered. He has given a go ahead to Arjun and Atul to team up again for a film," a spokesperson of YRF told the PTI.
Aurangzeb will launch Sasha Aagha, daughter of Pakistani singer-actor Salma Aagha, as the female lead. The movie, in which Rishi Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Sikandar Kher, Amrita Singh and Swara Bhaskar play pivotal roles, will hit theatres on May 17.
